Job Description We are seeking a senior individual contributor to own and scale the WorksWith Elavon sales‑enablement platform, Elavon’s digital repository of integrated partner payment solutions. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of sales, partners, and product, helping drive revenue by ensuring the right embedded payment solutions are positioned in the right opportunities.
This role goes beyond content enablement. You will support active sales cycles, influence deal strategy, and serve as a subject matter expert on embedded partner solutions. You will work autonomously to solve problems in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating cross‑functionally and engaging senior stakeholders (internal sales leaders and external partners) to grow program impact and accelerate partner‑led revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Grow and scale the WorksWith Elavon platform, driving continuous improvement across solution listings, partner content, and seller guidance to ensure high‑quality enablement
Research payment integrations (APIs, gateways, software platforms) and translate complex technical details into clear, sales‑ready positioning, connectivity guidance, and use cases
Partner with Sales, Technical Solution Consultants, and Product to support mid‑market and enterprise opportunities, advising on partner selection, solution fit, and value positioning to accelerate deal progression
Drive adoption and revenue growth of embedded partner solutions by engaging in sales cycles, delivering solution overviews, and orchestrating partner demos, webinars, and pipeline‑aligned activities
Create and deliver high‑impact presentations, enablement, and internal communications to educate sellers, align teams, and engage senior stakeholders and partners
Manage the end‑to‑end WorksWith content pipeline, including intake, cross‑functional coordination (Marketing, Partner, Compliance, Certifications), approvals, and publishing
Track platform usage, content performance, and field feedback to identify gaps, refine positioning, and improve effectiveness
Serve as the primary WorksWith subject matter expert, managing inquiries and resolving issues across teams
Operate with strong ownership and execution discipline, managing multiple priorities, removing blockers, and driving progress in ambiguous environments
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
Preferred Skills and Experience
5+ years’ experience in payments, embedded solutions, or partner ecosystems (ISVs, SaaS platforms) with a strong understanding of APIs, gateways, and the broader fintech landscape
Experience supporting complex, consultative sales cycles and aligning partner‑led solutions to customer needs
Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior internal leaders and external partner executives across virtual and in‑person settings
Advanced content creation and enablement capabilities, with the ability to produce clear, high‑impact materials and presentations (strong PowerPoint skills required)
Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Partner Management, and Compliance, with familiarity in CRM tools such as Salesforce
Analytical, results‑driven mindset with the ability to use metrics and feedback to improve performance and outcomes
Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity and driving strategic outcomes through strong problem‑solving, prioritization, and project management capabilities
Willingness and ability to travel (~5‑10%) to present at conferences and partner engagements to educate stakeholders and influence adoption of integrated solutions
Location The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there’s an in‑office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
Benefits
Healthcare (medical, dental, vision)
Basic term and optional term life insurance
Short‑term and long‑term disability
Pregnancy disability and parental leave
401(k) and employer‑funded retirement plan
Paid vacation (from two to five weeks depending on salary grade and tenure)
Up to 11 paid holiday opportunities
Adoption assistance
Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 80 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law
