Help Auto‑Chlor System grow in the Manteca, CA market—one handshake, one cold call, and one new customer at a time. We are searching for someone wired for activity, competition, and growth. If you enjoy meeting people and getting excited about building a book of business from scratch, this role is for you.
Many of our top performers come from restaurants, bars, catering, or management roles—skills that translate well here. We provide training, coaching, job shadows, and support.
Experience is not required. Work ethic, attitude, and activity matter the most. We will teach you the rest.
Pay Range $75,000 - $100,000 per year
What This Role Really Is This is a high‑activity, field‑based sales position. You will be out in the marketplace Monday‑Friday, 8 a.m.‑5 p.m., walking into restaurants, shaking hands, introducing Auto‑Chlor, and showing prospects how we can solve their daily problems.
In This Role, You Will
Make 20 to 30 in‑person cold calls each day.
Build a strong prospect pipeline.
Lease our dish‑washing machines, cleaning systems, and service programs.
Work closely with our service teams to ensure new accounts launch successfully.
Take ownership of your numbers, territory, and activity plan.
Represent a family‑owned business known for quality service and long‑term customer relationships.
