The ideal candidate has experience in business development, B2B sales, account management, or client-facing roles, and is comfortable with outbound outreach, follow-ups, CRM tracking, and consultative selling.
Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through outreach, referrals, networking, and inbound leads
Manage the full sales process from initial contact to discovery, proposal, follow-up, and closing
Build strong relationships with prospects and clients by understanding their needs and offering relevant solutions
Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, pipeline status, and follow-ups in CRM tools
Conduct sales presentations, product/service introductions, and client meetings
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Track sales performance, pipeline progress, and customer feedback
Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success, or a related client-facing role
Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
Comfortable with cold outreach, phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn prospecting
Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions clearly
Organized and able to manage multiple leads and conversations at the same time
Experience using CRM tools or sales tracking systems
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, healthcare, e-commerce, marketplace, staffing, or service-based industries
Proven track record of meeting sales targets or setting qualified appointments
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Zoho, or similar CRM/sales tools
Multilingual ability is a plus

Compensation Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives. Compensation will be discussed based on experience.
