Salary Range:
$50,000 – $65,000
The Role
Design and develop creative assets for print, web, digital, and social channels.
Develop and execute motion graphics and animation for digital, social, and broadcast.
Collaborate with the creative team across all project types — from brand and print to video and motion.
Present and defend work, strategies, and ideas to creative leadership.
Review, proof, and critique design work across the team.
Take responsibility for the overall quality of work on assigned projects and clients.
Collaborate to set the direction of typography, photography, color, and other design elements.
Work within the requirements of our creative process.
Ensure efficient, high-quality, and timely production of all work.
Full-time position (Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00).
Hybrid schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
Ideal Candidate Will Have
A portfolio and/or reel of professional work demonstrating both design and motion capabilities.
2+ years of experience in graphic design and motion design. Agency or studio experience preferred.
A degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field.
Excellent type, layout, and motion skills paired with a strong, consistent design aesthetic.
The ability to work independently and efficiently across multiple projects and timelines.
The ability to bring fresh, creative ideas to client work and design projects.
Required software:
Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and After Effects.
Bonus skills:
Premiere Pro, Figma, and Procreate.
