Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of Account Sales Managers.
Drive sales volume and track KPIs.
Ensure effective in‑store execution for essential customers.
Develop team members through coaching and development.
Collaborate with the General Sales Manager on strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
Valid U.S. driver’s license and DOT medical card.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory or advertising displays.
English; additional languages are an advantage.
Travel 0‑10 %.
Permanent position.

Compensation and Benefits The base salary range for this position is $85,000 – $94,000 plus cash incentives. Salary may vary based on experience. Current benefits include comprehensive medical, dental and vision plans, 401(k) match, family leave, PTO & paid holiday schedule, pet, legal and life insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
