Job Overview
As a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic, you will maintain the safety, functionality, and appearance of institutional facilities across your assigned territory. You will travel between multiple sites, responding efficiently to work orders while meeting high service standards and supporting daily operations and community activities. Responsibilities
Perform minor plumbing repairs, including leak resolution, fixture maintenance, and clogs clearing. Conduct electrical work such as replacing switches, outlets, receptacles, and maintaining lighting systems. Complete carpentry tasks: door adjustments, hardware installation, cabinetry repairs, wall patching, and interior/exterior painting. Execute basic HVAC troubleshooting: thermostat adjustments, filter replacements, and resolve simple temperature or airflow issues as directed. Process and complete work orders through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) while meeting service level agreements and response time requirements. Conduct routine facility inspections, preventive maintenance, and identify issues requiring contractor involvement. Coordinate daily service routes between multiple facilities to maximize efficiency. Maintain assigned company vehicles in clean, safe operating condition and operate them safely while traveling throughout the geographic territory. Perform snow and ice removal, clear debris, and ensure safe building access across all facilities. Document maintenance activities, work performance, and materials usage while keeping tools, equipment, and work areas safe and compliant. On‑Call Requirements
This role will require 24/7 on‑call on a rotational basis. Physical Demands
Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft., frequently climb, bend, kneel, and lift; possess mechanical and electrical aptitude. Communication Skills
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, with the ability to represent the company professionally with clients. Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent with relevant trade certifications as required by client scope or local jurisdiction. Minimum 3 years of general maintenance experience in commercial or institutional facilities. Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and ability to drive company vehicles safely in various weather and traffic conditions, sometimes requiring long-distance travel. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems, with HVAC knowledge as required by client scope. Demonstrated ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Proven problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills, able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency using computerized work order systems (CMMS) and basic tablet or mobile device applications. Strong commitment to meeting service level agreements, response time standards, and safety procedures. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in commercial or institutional facilities with diverse building systems. Familiarity with specialized institutional facility systems. Availability for overnight travel when required to support facilities in extended geographic territories. Visa Sponsorship

Estimated compensation: 45,700.00 – 62,000.00 USD per year. Location
