WHAT YOU'LL DO: As the Center Sales Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of daily center operations while motivating your team to meet performance goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll work closely with both the Guest Sales Associates and Wax Specialists to ensure smooth execution of all business objectives. This is a full-time, in-center leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Train Associates to establish trust and build guest confidence by becoming experts in package sales and products.
Drive sales through effective performance management, goal setting, and leading by example
Create a culture of excellence in guest service to building brand loyalty
Take ownership and accountability for creating a positive and safe work environment
Celebrate positive Associate performance and partners with District Manager to identify performance opportunities for ongoing feedback and development
Monitor and manage center metrics, productivity, and profitability
Maintain staffing levels, training standards, and team accountability
Resolve guest issues with professionalism and care
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Implement all promotional and visual marketing moves as directed
Maintain all brand visual and cleanliness standards
Adapt quickly to new initiatives and a constantly evolving industry
Qualifications:
3–5 years of management experience (retail and/or beauty industry preferred, but not required)
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with KPIs, budgeting, and forecasting
Proficiency in operating POS systems, including appointment scheduling and guest management
Passion for guest experience and team development
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Ability to address and resolve guest concerns promptly using sound judgment, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds
Ability to reach items stored at various heights
Ability to stand and work on the floor for extended periods of time

Availability: Tuesday – Saturday from 08:30AM-05:00PM (May vary based on business needs)
