We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Inside Parts Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining operational accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customers with outstanding service and support
- Assist in handling customer satisfaction and resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Build and maintain strong rapport with customers
- Provide quotes and process orders for customers
- Coordinate with other departments on orders
Core Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with NetSuite (or equivalent ERP system) is a plus
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience
- Basic accounting or financial knowledge
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Ability to successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability. You should be comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments while ensuring customers receive accurate and timely service.
