Job Title

Job Overview: Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr

Responsibilities
  • Conduct testing to ensure device and service configurations comply with industry standards for secure service enablement.
  • Perform HTTP and HTTPS protocol testing including header validation, status code verification, API testing, and performance analysis.
  • Validate SSL and TLS certificates including chain of trust, expiration, revocation status, and compatibility.
  • Analyze and test authentication and authorization mechanisms including token-based security.
  • Perform log analysis using network traces and application logs to troubleshoot and identify root causes.
  • Support partners by managing technical issues and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Track and triage bugs, prioritize issues, and coordinate with engineering teams for resolution.
  • Communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders to support debugging and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate pre-launch testing by supporting partners with guidance and troubleshooting.
  • Verify issues on test devices and align findings with partner teams.
  • Host meetings with partner teams to provide updates and ensure alignment.
Requirement/Must Have
  • 812 years of experience in computer or software technology.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working with enterprise customers.
  • Strong knowledge of SIP and MSRP protocols.
  • Good understanding of IMS and RCS architecture.
  • Experience in protocol-level debugging including SIP, MSRP, and TCP.
  • Experience with Android application debugging including log analysis and command-line tools.
  • Experience with bug tracking tools and understanding of bug lifecycle.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Lead technical testing and validation activities.
  • Manage partner issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform protocol and security testing.
  • Analyze logs and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for delivery.
  • Support partner QA testing and pre-launch activities.

  • Experience in telecommunications and networking infrastructure.
  • Experience with mobile technology solutions and applications.

Qualification And Education
