Salary Range: $96,000 - $143,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Mattawan seeking IT Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all IT systems and infrastructure across manufacturing sites.
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with production goals and company objectives.
• Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments.
• Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all manufacturing data and IT assets.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and procurement of hardware and software.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their implementation/management in a manufacturing context.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the application of IT to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality (e.g., MES, SCADA, IoT).
• Experience managing IT infrastructure, network systems, and cybersecurity protocols in an operational technology (OT) environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, automation) in a manufacturing context.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant project management or service delivery frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and manage ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards relevant to industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT).
