You will have many direct communications with the owners of the company as the family is local and very involved in daily operations. We believe in promoting within before hiring outside of the company. We are looking for seasoned store managers, sales associates, and assistant store managers, across multiple locations. We are looking for people with an entrepreneurial spirit who will assume responsibility for operations, financial performance, morale, and growth initiatives. Prior automotive experience (plus). The qualifications that are critical for our sales associates and managers in training are: excellent leadership skills, the ability to coach and train a team, customer service expertise, and a desire to give 110%.
