Salesforce Project Manager

Location: Sacramento, CA hybrid (mostly remote)

Type: C2C/W2 Duration: Long-Term Client: Delegata/State of California

All travel, per diem, parking, and/or living expenses shall be at the workers and/or Vendors expense.

A minimum of three (3) years of experience (5 years preferred) providing diverse technical and management services to government agencies.

A minimum of three (3) years experience (5 years preferred) successfully managing information technology (IT) programs and projects.

A minimum of three (3) years experience (5 years preferred) team building, knowledge transfer, and/or mentoring experience.

A minimum of three (3) years experience (5 years preferred) leading and facilitating team meetings.

A minimum of three (3) years of experience (5 years preferred) in the following:

• Schedule management and Microsoft (MS) Project
• Risk and issue management
• Stakeholder management
• Scope and change management
• Business process review and gap analysis
• Consulting experience for a project worth at least $2M ($5M preferred)

A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the following:

• Schedule management and Microsoft (MS) Project
• Risk and issue management
• Stakeholder management
• Scope and change management
• Business process review and gap analysis
• Consulting experience for a project worth at least $5M

Preferred:

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in planning and managing Salesforce implementations
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience with implementation of Salesforce Customer Community for Public Sector Organizations for the State of California

Required:

Bachelors degree (Masters or Doctorate degree preferred) from an accredited college or university. (Attach a copy of the diploma.)

Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI). (Attach a copy of the PMP certification.
