Coverage Needed

• Start Date:
• End Date: Ongoing
• Schedule - 1 week per month:
  • Clinic (includes call): Monday - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)
  • Surgical center (call only): Thursday (8:30am-4:00pm)
  • Call - beeper, response time 15-30 minutes
    • Weeknight call ( 5:00pm-8:00am)
    • 24-hour weekend call (8:00am-8:00am)
    • Also on call during clinic hours

• Practice Settings: Outpatient, Inpatient
• Patients Per Shift: 10
• Support Staff: RN: 2; MA: 2-3; PA/NPs: 2; Office Staff: 3
• Beds: 64
• Trauma Level: 3
• Evaluation of NICU airway
• ED and established patients
• Supervise advance practice providers

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Licensed in Oregon
• BLS, DEA
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
