Account Manager

DigiStream Investigations, a fast-growing national private investigation firm, is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our Sales team in Sacramento, CA. This role is responsible for presenting and delivering a comprehensive suite of investigative and intelligence solutions to current and prospective clients, with the goal of supporting fraud mitigation and risk management efforts.

Base Pay Range: $72k to $85k annually based on Sales & Industry experience with commission opportunities.

Location: Must reside in the greater Sacramento area.

Travel: Must be willing & able to drive up to 5+ hours to cover the territory between Bakersfield to the Oregon Border, along with Nevada borders.

The Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, promoting investigative and intelligence services, and supporting the growth of the business. This role requires proactive outreach, collaboration with internal teams, and a focus on client satisfaction and business development.

- Engage with new and existing clients to identify needs and present solutions.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client concerns.

- Conduct regular client communications, both remotely and in person, to foster engagement and identify opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using company systems.

- Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings as needed.

- Monitor account activity and follow up to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and service processes.

- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Demonstrated success in a client-facing or sales role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands

Proficiency with productivity and CRM tools

Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events
