Amazon Review Collection Manager

At the forefront of this role, your responsibilities will be:

• Strategize and implement review collection initiatives across all of our Amazon product listings
• Plan and execute giveaways to incentivize customers to leave reviews
• Monitor and respond to direct messages from customers regarding their experience with our products
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding in all review collection efforts
• Track and report on star ratings across all products

2+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing preferred

Knowledge of Amazon's policies and guidelines

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance metrics

This position offers flexible working hours between 4-10 PM EST, making it perfect for those looking for remote work. The compensation for this position ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, based on experience, and also includes attractive performance bonuses.
