CRM Integration Program manager: Healtcare Domain

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a critical CRM integration project within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The CRM integration project is a key initiative aimed at enhancing our customer relationship management capabilities, streamlining processes and improving overall business efficiency.

Required Experience:

• 10+ years overall experience with a minimum of 5+ years in program management
• 3+ experience working on CRM integrations
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and integration methodologies preferably Dynamics 365 and Salesforce.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and project management software
• Comfortable presenting
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
