Controller

Roessel Joy has partnered with an established manufacturing company on a new Controller opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background owning the month-end-close, working hands-on within the GL, and staff management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the budgeting & forecasting processes.
• Oversee Cash Flow projections.
• Own the month-end-close process.
• Work hands-on within the GL.
• Oversee AP/AR teams.
• Work cross functionally to improve financial processes.
• Ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience owning the month-end-close.
• Manufacturing experience is nice to have.
