Great opportunity to join a new, hospital-employed Urology practice at a fully private, not-for-profit hospital in North Florida. Three-year guaranteed salary in the upper range of MGMA. They currently have two full-time physicians and are seeking a third additional full-time Urologist to join their new practice. Full-Time Out Patient Urology with full spectrum services and an existing patient panel.
Hospital Employee, Outpatient only. No Call. WRVU production incentives. CME time and money available. EPIC in use for EMR. 403 retirement & 457B plans. Academic and teaching opportunities. Health, Dental, Vision. Short Term and Long-Term Disability. Base Salary + uncapped wRVU incentives. Quality Metric Bonus. Not-For-Profit Hospital.
