Surgery - Vascular Physician

Location: Findlay, Ohio

A leading healthcare organization in Findlay, Ohio is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Vascular Surgeon to join a well-established surgical team. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive vascular care in a collaborative environment with access to advanced surgical technology and a strong referral network.

Salary Range: $450,000 $650,000+ annually (based on experience, training, and productivity incentives) with additional earning potential through quality and productivity bonuses. Vascular surgeon compensation in Ohio commonly falls within this range and may exceed it depending on practice structure and experience.

• Diagnose and treat vascular diseases and disorders
• Perform open and endovascular procedures
• Provide inpatient and outpatient vascular care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiology, radiology, and primary care providers
• Participate in call coverage rotation
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and quality standards
• Contribute to patient education and preventive vascular care initiatives

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
• Completion of an accredited Vascular Surgery Fellowship
• Eligible for Ohio medical licensure
• Strong clinical and surgical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
