Performs advanced monitoring and troubleshooting of network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls Diagnoses and resolves complex network connectivity issues, escalating unresolved problems to the Level 3 Network Lead Initiates proactive remediation and owns Level 2 network tickets through resolution, documenting findings and contributing to operational improvements
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination Strong experience with network troubleshooting and monitoring tools Ability to support 24/7 operations and rotating shifts U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required
