Working remotely, the full-time Default Claims VA QA Analyst will review and reconcile default claims for accuracy, ensuring compliance with agency requirements and company policies. Key responsibilities
Review FHA, VA, PMI, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC claims for accuracy within required timeframes Validate and reconcile expenses according to agency requirements and document processes appropriately Identify and escalate errors or trends from QA claim reviews, ensuring corrections are made before submission
Required qualifications
High School diploma required; some college preferred One or more years of mortgage servicing default experience or QA/QC experience in another line of business Ability to work Monday to Thursday from 7 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM, with overtime as needed
