We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our dental team. In this role, you will guide patients through their treatment journey by explaining recommended procedures, coordinating appointments, verifying insurance benefits, and ensuring a positive patient experience from consultation to completion. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of Dental Receptionist experience in a dental practice. Proficient in patient scheduling, appointment coordination, and front desk operations. Knowledge of dental terminology, treatment coordination, and insurance verification. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Professional, reliable, and patient-focused with a positive attitude. Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients while providing exceptional customer service. Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar. Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and coordinate communications. Verify insurance eligibility and assist with treatment estimates. Process patient forms, maintain accurate records, and update charts. Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow. Support general front office and administrative duties as needed. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Receptionist who is passionate about creating a positive patient experience and supporting a smooth-running dental practice. Salary Range
full-time $20 - $26 per hour Benefits
