We are seeking a dependable, experienced HVAC Technician to service and maintain systems at a multi-family residential property. This is a full-time, on-site position for someone who is hands-on, responsive, and takes pride in quality work. Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation) Respond to service requests from tenants in a timely manner Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance Troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions Ensure all work is completed safely and up to code Maintain clean and organized work areas Communicate updates and issues to property management Assist with unit turnovers as needed (HVAC-related work) Requirements: Proven experience as an HVAC technician Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures EPA certification preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage workload Reliable, punctual, and professional
