We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our small residential service team. The successful candidate will focus on the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems using manual tools. This role does not require on-call or emergency response duties and offers the opportunity to work closely within a tight-knit team. Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems efficiently and accurately Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions Use manual tools safely and effectively in all tasks Collaborate with team members to ensure quality service delivery Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and maintenance Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience working with HVAC systems Preferred Qualifications Experience specifically in HVAC system installation Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices Familiarity with refrigeration within HVAC contexts Strong troubleshooting skills Effective customer communication abilities Company Description We are a small husband and wife team looking for our next team mate to help manage our growing business' needs.
