HVAC Service Technician Dirks Heating & Cooling, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. We are a family-owned company serving residential customers throughout northwest Wisconsin and surrounding areas. Qualifications Required: 4 years minimum experience in residential HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and repair Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record EPA Certification Reliable, dependable, and organized Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Compensation & Benefits Starting pay minimum $28.50 hourly. Higher wages available based on experience, certifications, and skill level. Retirement plan with company match Accident, Cancer, Critical Illness, and Short-Term Disability Insurance Paid vacation Paid sick time Company vehicle provided - start your day from home Company tablet provided Company Tool Program Paid training and continuing education Company fuel card Year-round employment Bi-weekly payroll Bonus opportunities Job Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, recommending repairs, system upgrades, improvements, and service agreements Collect payments and complete required customer documentation Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and job notes using company software Perform testing, analysis, and system performance evaluations Ensure compliance with company safety policies and all applicable environmental and regulatory standards Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and management Work safely in outdoor conditions and all types of weather Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds Participate in winter on-call emergency service rotation Why Join Dirks Heating & Cooling?
