Über
As an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d), you will manage a book of existing business comprised of accounts up to $15k
You will be expected to uncover upsell opportunities, through qualifying customer needs and intent
You will serve as a key resource within the sales team, focusing on executing and problem‑solving to improve sales processes and outcomes
Identify and develop new business opportunities for our core offerings
Handle outbound sales, product renewals and upsell
Process and manage high‑impact customer orders
Maintain and update detailed and accurate customer records including meeting and e‑mail activity
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
Record, analyze, and report on sales activities and trends
Develop and present comprehensive sales quotes and proposals
Manage customer accounts and ensure their satisfaction
Collaborate with multiple departments to close deals
Implement strategic sales initiatives
Manage large quantity of smaller accounts
5% - 10% of in‑territory travel may be required plus one optional international trip to Sales Meeting
Qualifications
You bring extensive knowledge and expertise in managing sales activities
Sales Strategy: Strong value‑based, consultative selling strategy
CRM Software: Proficient use of Customer Relationship Management tools
Problem‑Solving: Capability to understand and resolve complex customer issues
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with the organization’s or similar industry‑like products and services is of advantage
Resourcefulness: Completes operational and administrative work with minimal supervision
Analytical Skills: Basic analytics for tracking performance and metrics
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with the organization’s products or services
Organization: Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
Customer Service/Account Management: Understanding of principles and practices for effective customer service and account management
