What You'll Do
Identify and engage professionals through networking, referrals, outreach, and community involvement.
Build and maintain relationships with business leaders, professionals, and referral sources.
Develop creative sourcing strategies that generate a consistent pipeline of talent.
Conduct initial conversations and guide candidates through the interview process.
Represent the organization at networking events, career fairs, professional associations, and community events.
Partner with leadership to develop recruiting strategies and achieve hiring goals.
Track activity, analyze results, and continually improve recruiting effectiveness.
