We are seeking a talented Design Associate to support the planning, design, and execution of commercial office space projects. This role works across all phases of design, helping deliver high-quality, innovative, and sustainable workplace environments.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with space planning, schematic design, and construction documentatio
Support leasing activities and tenant improvement project
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute design strategie
Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality standard
Maintain accurate drawings and as-built documentation (CAD/BIM
Contribute to workflow coordination and project reportin
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fie
2–4 years of commercial office design experien
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit requir
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and design tools (e.g., SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suit
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skil
Knowledge of BOMA standards is a pl
