Learfield Amplify is actively seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator at the Harvard property. The goal is to facilitate the school’s outreach and revenue generation to maximize and help the University grow in attendance and revenue while assisting in the day-to-day operations of the ticket office. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment and have prior ticket sales experience, we want to meet you!
Duties & Responsibilities: Sales/Retention
Conduct outbound sales efforts to prospective fans regarding season tickets and group packages.
Maintain accurate, timely account information within CRM and ticketing systems.
Assist with inbound inquiries and fan correspondence as needed.
Retain a portfolio of season ticket holders through proactive outreach and personalized service.
Track account activity, renewal status, and customer feedback in CRM systems to inform outreach and improve retention efforts.
Collaborate with the Ticketing and Marketing departments to enhance the overall season ticket holder experience.
Ticket Operations
Assist with managing ticketing system (Paciolan), ensuring accurate event builds, pricing, seating maps, and inventory.
Other
Assist the Digital Marketing team with data consolidation and lead generation.
Provide support on game day by coordinating group experiences and assisting customers with ticket purchases and service resolutions.
Assist with scheduling and coordination for game day interns.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
1+ years of relevant sales or marketing experience in the sports/sponsorship landscape.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of sports industry.
Excellent communication skills.
Team player.
Able to handle multiple projects with varying deadlines.
Ability to think strategically, creatively, and proactively.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Excel.
Experience with Paciolan, Salesforce, and Marketing Automation (preferred but not necessary).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in applicable field preferred
