We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized MTL Sales Admin to join our team in Langston, Alabama. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between departments to help drive sales efficiency and customer satisfaction. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and processing orders. Coordinate communication between sales, logistics, and customer service departments to ensure timely order fulfillment. Maintain accurate sales records and update customer databases regularly. Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking sales performance metrics. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as needed to resolve issues. Support the onboarding and training of new sales team members. Collaborate with other departments to streamline sales processes and improve overall efficiency. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in sales administration or a related role is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
