Responsibilities Qualifications and Experience:
Technical Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
4+ years of experience in frontend development.
Strong skills in HTML5 and CSS3, including CSS preprocessors such as Sass or LESS.
Experience with backend services using REST APIs or GraphQL.
Familiarity with test frameworks like Selenium, Jest, Mocha, Chai, Puppeteer.
Experience with responsive design and development, ensuring seamless experiences across various devices and screen sizes.
Experience with Git and distributed source control.
Preferred experience with build tools such as Webpack, Gradle, Npm, Yarn.
Experience with container‑based deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices to ensure inclusive design.
Knowledge in performance optimization techniques for frontend applications.
Desirable: Backend experience with Node.js, Java, and Microservices.
Desirable: Knowledge of UI/UX design principles, with experience in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
Functional Skills
Design and implement intuitive and seamless customer experiences.
Experience with large Single Page Applications with complex state management.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
Experience using ticket tracking systems such as JIRA.
Ability to quickly translate wireframes into prototypes and production‑ready interfaces.
Quick learner with the ability to pick up new languages and technologies.
Self‑driven and able to work independently on projects, even as designs evolve.
Passionate about learning and staying updated with new technologies and services.
Strong communication skills, including cross‑team collaboration.
Ability to deliver basic functionality and iterate rapidly.
Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
Significant plus: Knowledge of healthcare and experience delivering healthcare applications
