Client Relations and Sales Representative BiFulco Medical Group
(BMG) is a leader in physician authored life care plans, integrating patient medical services with litigation support. BMG provides objective life care plans and expert witness services.
BMG is a fast‑growing business focused on medical and legal support. We seek a professional who will organize permanent medical records, work with the case management team, and communicate with patients and clients.
As a Client Relations Representative you will build new client relationships, maintain existing accounts, and revive inactive customers. You will research markets, draft status reports, communicate with law firms and injured patients, conduct questionnaires, travel for physician visits, handle medical billing, depositions, and trails, and attend conferences.
You will generate new sales opportunities via phone, email, or other electronic communication. Respond to client requests and coordinate with other departments to schedule meetings, follow up, and provide outstanding service.
Responsibilities
Develop new clients and relationships in the legal and medical fields.
Help develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans.
Cold‑call prospective clients and inactive accounts.
Manage and maintain the CRM database of prospects.
Facilitate client meetings in person or remotely using current online presentation applications.
Report weekly sales metrics and forecasts.
Develop market analysis to identify new clients.
Stay current with client needs, competition, and industry trends.
Deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients with a successful closing rate.
Develop and manage client and agency relationships.
Manage projects to ensure completion on time.
Assist with sales, marketing, and advertising campaigns.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of the company, services, and market through research, self‑education, conferences, and training sessions.
Maintain active participation and membership in networking organizations.
Required Education and Experience
Minimum of a 2‑year associate’s degree in a related medical field is preferred.
Two or more years of sales and marketing experience.
Experience setting up and managing social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Snapchat).
Requirements
Must have reliable transportation and a cell phone.
Must live in the Orlando, FL area.
Must have a passion for reaching out and visiting clients.
Proven marketing and sales experience with a minimum of two years.
Ability to work independently and autonomously.
Strong skills in time management, flexibility, multi‑tasking, and resource management.
Excellent oral, phone, and written communication skills with a strong focus on detail.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and patient focus with a caring demeanor during communications.
Strong team player skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
Rapid learner with the ability to grasp new concepts, processes, and protocols.
Proficient in technology, social media, business software, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Adobe PDF.
Knowledgeable in creating spreadsheets and documents, and using cloud services for online file management.
