Role, Inc. is seeking a Geotechnician III (Development Analyst) based in Spring, TX. This position supports the Development team by optimizing field development strategies and identifying drilling opportunities. The successful candidate will analyze data, maintain development inventories, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline is required, along with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related role. Strong analytical skills and experience in the oil & gas industry is preferred.
