Role Description This full-time, on-site Outside Sales Representative role is based in Stockton, CA. The Outside Sales Representative will engage with potential and existing customers in person to present telecommunications products and services, clearly explain features and benefits, and help customers select solutions that fit their needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include following up on leads, conducting sales presentations in residential or community settings, and building long-term relationships within assigned territories. The role involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups, as well as meeting or exceeding daily and weekly performance goals. The Outside Sales Representative will collaborate closely with team members and managers for training, territory planning, and continuous improvement.

to foster trust, support customer needs, and encourage repeat business.
Excellent

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a field-based, face-to-face sales environment.
Ability to work on-site in Stockton, CA, with reliable transportation to travel within assigned territories.
Comfort with using basic technology tools (e.g., mobile apps, CRM systems, email) to track leads and report results.
High school diploma or equivalent preffered but not required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
