Providing comprehensive systems administration support, the full-time Level 2 NOC Systems Administrator will manage development, test, and production servers while performing daily network monitoring and troubleshooting in a remote environment. Key responsibilities
Administers and troubleshoots development, test, and production servers, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance Performs daily monitoring of network systems, initiating proactive measures to maintain connectivity and load balance Creates instructional guides and provides technical training to assist systems users effectively
Required qualifications
BA/BS degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in administering and troubleshooting network systems and servers Knowledge of software installation, upgrades, and compliance with licensing standards Ability to evaluate and implement solutions for systems functionality and performance Eligibility for required authorizations from the U.S. Government due to access to export-controlled commodities and technology
