Job Summary Become a Part-Time HP Retail Sales Associate! Pay: $16.50 per hour. Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate HP products in the Best Buy store and tailor demonstrations to customers' needs.
Engage customers and build rapport to create a memorable experience.
Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo readiness.
Report sales and competitive insights.
Sell products and services in retail, kiosk, and/or event environments.
Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
Welcome customers and offer assistance courteously.
Escort customers to displays, assess their needs, and suggest suitable products.
Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
Help customers make selections by building confidence.
Accurately document and report sales.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, organized, functional, and presentable.
Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
One year of job experience required.
Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiast.
Outgoing personality and eagerness to learn.
Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training.
Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
Retail or customer‑service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus.
Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.
Performance Measurements
Regular and prompt attendance.
Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals.
Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.
