Welding Supervisor This leadership role is responsible for overseeing a team of 5-10 production welders while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are consistently achieved. The Welding Supervisor will provide hands-on support, coordinate daily workflow, and serve as a technical resource for welding and fabrication processes. Requirements of the Welding Supervisor Minimum of 5 years of production welding experience and previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. AWS (American Welding Society) Certification required. Strong proficiency in MIG and TIG welding on a variety of materials and thicknesses. Experience welding stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel. Ability to read blueprints, welding symbols, work instructions, and technical drawings. Experience using precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tape measures. Knowledge of fabrication processes and sheet metal manufacturing preferred. Experience with robotic welding systems, robotic programming, or laser welding equipment is a plus. Bilingual abilities are preferred. Responsibilities of the Welding Supervisor Supervise, train, and support a team of 5-10 production welders to ensure daily production goals are met. Perform and provide guidance on MIG, TIG, and other welding operations in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications. Monitor quality standards and conduct inspections to ensure customer requirements are achieved. Troubleshoot welding, fit-up, and production issues while coordinating solutions with Quality and Operations teams. Support first-piece inspections and maintain accurate quality documentation. Promote safe work practices and maintain a clean, organized work environment following 5S principles. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction. Assist with equipment setup, training, and implementation of new welding technologies when necessary. 1st shift,
DIRECT HIRE Pay is $80,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience
