Install & Service Technician
to join our high-performing team. What You'll Do Install water softeners, filtration systems, and reverse osmosis units in homes and businesses Perform maintenance and inspections of water treatment systems to ensure proper operation. Diagnose pressure issues, leaks, and system failures like a pro Ensure workmanship meets company standards and manufacturer guidelines Deliver outstanding customer service and create "WOW" experiences Work independently, but always backed by a supportive team Who You Are Strong mechanical and electrical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various water treatment systems. Relevant certifications (e.g., Water Treatment Technician Certification) are preferred but not required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in water treatment installation and service, or a related field preferred but not required. Comfortable working with tools and performing light plumbing connections Professional, reliable, and great with customers Self-motivated and eager to learn Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, work in various environmental conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks.
