Daniels Heating And Air Conditioning is GROWING which means WE ARE HIRING in our Albuquerque NM Office! We are looking for EXPERIENCED HVAC TECHNICIANS to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems. We have been in business for 16 years and continue to grow. We have an established clientele base , our techs are busy year round. This opportunity offers a sign-on bonus available for experienced candidates! Additional Perks We provide a company vehicle you take home Hourly + / or Commission - DOE Monthly Sales Bonus based on revenue
$ uncapped in addition to salary listed On call pay Additional incentives paid on special services sold Weekly pay check Fuel card. We provide Cellphone and tablets Company pays 50% of Employee Medical Premiums Dental Vision Paid Holiday after 30 days and Vacation accrues after 1 year Company matched IRA Year-round work Training Responsibilities: Install and Repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to emergency service requests Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Qualifications: MINIMUM 3 YEARS
