StaffRight Associates is seeking a high-energy, forward-thinking Network Engineer to drive the optimization, security, and evolution of a comprehensive enterprise network infrastructure. In this impactful role, you will champion the preservation of a highly available global network environment while actively architecting its future state. This position demands a technical strategist who can seamlessly balance critical daily incident mitigation with long-term, high-level project execution to support dynamic organizational scaling.
What You’ll Do
Architect and deploy robust, multi-site communication networks that optimize connectivity across internal and external corporate ecosystems.
Guarantee maximum operational uptime and structural integrity for all foundational network systems.
Formulate , document, and mandate rigorous system standards to streamline the broader networking environment.
Defend the corporate perimeter by implementing strict security guidelines, controlling access vectors, and actively monitoring system vulnerabilities.
Administer complex firewall environments and advanced load-balancing solutions in strict alignment with corporate IT compliance mandates.
Provision , calibrate, and manage enterprise-grade routing and switching hardware.
Empower centralized operations teams and field deployment engineers with elite-level escalation support and technical guidance.
Isolate system faults and neutralize network anomalies rapidly through meticulous Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Cultivate engineering excellence by introducing modernized quality control protocols and project management best practices.
Synchronize with external vendor partners and managed service providers to verify continuous, high-fidelity delivery of outsourced infrastructure components.
What You Bring
Technical Inventory: Routers, Azure, Ethernet, VLANs, OSPF, Switching, Networking, VPN, Incident Management, TCP
Deep Mastery: Comprehensive operational understanding of core infrastructure elements including hardware-based firewalls, content filtering mechanisms, subnetting, and standard wireless protocols (802.11a/b/g/n/ac).
Cloud Architecture Fluency: Practical execution knowledge within cloud environments, specifically managing Microsoft Azure virtual networks (VNETs, NSGs, application gateways, user-defined routing, and hub-and-spoke topologies).
Hardware & Perimeter Expertise: Direct experience managing enterprise security appliances (such as Fortinet or equivalent hardware) and application delivery controllers (such as NetScaler or associated load-balancing platforms).
Protocol Proficiency: Thorough grasp of foundational data transfer and transport mechanisms, including STP, ARP, BGP, SD-WAN, reverse proxies, and DHCP configurations.
Resilience & Execution: A proven track record navigating fast-paced, high-pressure situations while successfully juggling multiple priority initiatives simultaneously.
Communication Elite: Exceptional verbal and written articulation skills, matched by a dedication to superior client service.
Desired Assets: Relevant vendor credentials (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist, Juniper JNCIA), ticketing system familiarity, or advanced traffic management expertise.
Educational Foundation: An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or an equivalent combination of intensive, real-world industry experience.
