As Senior Director, Global StudioX, you will lead the operating model, technology, workflow architecture, and multimarket enablement for StudioX, guiding the vision for GenAI and Agentic AI‑enabled, data‑powered operating models that deliver scaled content, automated workflows, seamless retail activation, and integrated omnichannel experiences.
What You’ll Do for Us
Lead global StudioX strategy, roadmap, and operating model across Integrated Marketing Experience, ensuring the platform delivers world‑class, data‑enabled, AI‑powered marketing execution at scale.
Steward a global investment agenda by driving workflows, governance, tools, best practices, and agile routines that accelerate speed, efficiency, and quality of marketing activation.
Oversee design, integration, and continuous improvement of StudioX’s workflow and technology architecture, including AI agentification, automation models, and content at scale capabilities.
Envision and lead development of ProdX, the generative AI capability powering modern content production, ensuring strong connectivity across all Integrated Marketing Experience disciplines.
Build an end‑to‑end integration model linking media, creative, insights, data, measurement, consumer engagement, and commercialization workflows.
Anticipate emerging trends in technology, AI, and marketing operations to define future strategies that evolve StudioX into a next‑generation global platform.
Partner with Operating Unit StudioX leaders to drive capability rollout, track adoption, resolve pain points, and ensure seamless global-to‑local enablement.
Lead global bottler engagement for omnichannel content development and path‑to‑purchase execution, strengthening collaboration across the Coca‑Cola system.
Standardize, orchestrate, and govern technology, data models, and workflows across global hubs to enable ideas, experiences, and campaigns to scale quickly and consistently.
Collaborate with global category teams and Integrated Marketing Experience discipline leads to support end‑to‑end consumer experiences powered by data and insight.
Serve as the primary liaison to WPP’s StudioX network and other agency partners, ensuring alignment with global operating standards, performance expectations, and partnership evolution.
Drive culture change, capability building, and systems thinking across global StudioX communities, embedding modern marketing excellence behaviors.
Champion an innovation mindset, building a global environment where experimentation, curiosity, and continuous learning are embedded in the operating model.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Global Marketing, Operating Units, and partners, influencing enterprise decisions tied to technology, workflow, and modern marketing evolution.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, digital strategy, communications, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in senior marketing, media, digital operations, advertising technology, analytics, marketing transformation, or related environments.
Deep expertise in modern marketing operations, content production, workflow design, and data‑enabled or technology‑enabled execution models.
Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary, cross‑functional teams across geographies in complex, matrixed global organizations.
Strong fluency in generative artificial intelligence, Agentic AI, automation technologies, and digital marketing platforms, guiding both technical and creative teams.
Experience leading large‑scale change initiatives, operating model transformations, or enterprise platform adoption.
Strong understanding of integrated marketing disciplines, including media, creative, data, personalization, measurement, and retail/omnichannel execution.
Proven ability to partner with external agencies, platforms, and technology partners to drive performance and innovation.
Exceptional strategic thinking, systems thinking, and problem‑solving capabilities with a talent for synthesizing complexity into clear action plans.
Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills with experience navigating senior executive‑level alignment.
Demonstrated ability to drive global governance, standardization, and process optimization while enabling local flexibility.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and deep experience with GenAI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Claude, and Nano Banana.
Inclusive leadership style rooted in collaboration, curiosity, coaching, and building high‑performing global communities.
Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments while balancing discipline with experimentation and rapid iteration.
