Position Title: Hybrid Regional Sales Manager
Salary Range: $55,000 - $80,000 / Year DOE

Responsibilities
Manage a designated territory, focusing on building relationships with independent store owners
Develop and execute strategies to secure new contracts and expand the customer base
Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and manage client interactions
Conduct regular travel within the territory to meet clients and close sales
Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for success
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
CRM knowledge is a must
3+ years of sales experience is required
Experience in the convenience store industry is essential
Strong contacts within the industry are preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft products and IT knowledge, including AI applications, is required
Experience with travel in a role like this is highly preferred
A BA degree is preferred
