Location: 100% remote

Overview:

  • Senior Project Manager Infrastructure & Operations will help lead the successful planning, execution, coordination, change management, and monitoring of a large-scale enterprise initiative to establish a global delivery center in the Philippines.
  • The Senior Project Manager will report to initiative leaders in the U.S. and Ireland, and work closely with hired consulting firms and external experts.
  • Senior Project Manager will help mobilize and oversee the activities across multiple operational teams and consultants in the U.S, Ireland and the Philippines on business requirement design, decision making, and execution of activities throughout the initiative to quickly and effectively establish and operationalize the center.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of initial plans and continuously improve/update throughout the life cycle of each workstream.
  • Analysis of workstreams and plans to drive positive momentum and efficiencies
  • Effectively build, develop and manage relationships across stakeholders (e.g., Facilities, HR/Recruiting, IT, Legal, Finance), including senior executives setting expectations on their role as stakeholders vested in the success of the initiative
  • Actively support functional workstream leads, and their respective teams to help bring clarity on what key inputs and decisions are needed from them to move the initiative forward
  • Ensure collaboration and information sharing among workstreams/teams through transparency and effective communication
  • Monitor and track workstream progress and communicate status, including roadblocks, milestones, and successes with initiative stakeholders
  • Schedule meeting, prepares project documentation and presentations, and develop reports for milestones and report outs to stakeholders
  • Maintain regular, timely and accurate reporting to key stakeholders and leader
  • Senior Project Manager will focus time working with senior leaders and executive administration

Qualifications:

  • Has at least 10 years' applicable experience, including managing various projects of increasing responsibility, a Bachelors or Masters degree or relevant work experience
  • A strong professional or financial services background, specifically in Operations, M&A/Integrations.
  • Professional services industry knowledge is highly valued but not required
  • Expert level MS Office skills: Project, Vision, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint
  • Proven success at influencing and leading resources across multiple functions, workgroups, and management levels
  • Ability to formulate the big picture while working on project details
  • Tolerance for ambiguity and flexibility to changing projects and priorities
  • Good judgement (regarding who to involve in what workstreams and key decisions)
  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment
  • High degree of business acumen and experience
  • Demonstrated excellent project management, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Has the ability to multi-task and manage tight deadlines
  • Ability to travel as needed including internationally
