To support advanced data development and modernization efforts in HR analytics, the contract Data Analyst with Oracle HCM will work remotely to develop complex queries and database objects across SQL Server and Oracle platforms, focusing on sourcing, transforming, and validating Oracle HCM data for enterprise reporting and analytics. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain complex SQL and database objects across SQL Server and Oracle environments Support HR data replication and modernization, translating legacy SQL Server logic to Oracle HCM-sourced data Design and implement data structures, transformations, and database objects for analytics and reporting
Required Qualifications:
Advanced SQL experience, including complex joins and performance optimization Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Oracle SQL Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including frontend configuration and backend data structures Experience using Oracle Analytics tools such as BI Publisher for reporting and data extraction Solid understanding of enterprise data warehousing concepts, including fact tables and historical data design
