Job description
The People Analytics Analyst is an integral part of Lathams Human Capital & Talent team. This role will be responsible for providing accurate and secure people data to inform business decisions, while developing reports, dashboards, and metrics using Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to support data-driven human capital strategies. This role will be located in our Manchester office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
