driven and resilient Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join its expanding commercial team. This is a
high-pressure, high-reward role
focused on outbound prospecting, booking qualified meetings, and generating long-term pipeline. Youll engage directly with senior decision-makers across mid-market and large corporate businesses. This is
not a high-volume, entry-level call centre role
success requires a
consultative, intelligent approach
to outreach. What Youll Be Doing Conduct outbound cold calls to UK businesses Identify and engage senior decision-makers (Directors, Owners, Finance leads, Operations) Book qualified meetings for senior consultants Obtain energy bills to support consultancy assessments Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities Log all activity accurately within CRM systems Handle objections and gatekeepers confidently Contribute to improving outreach strategy and messaging ...
