The Mobile Diesel Technician works independently to provide on-site diagnostics, repair, and maintenance for a variety of diesel-powered equipment including light-duty vehicles, heavy-duty trucks, construction machinery, and agricultural equipment. This role requires strong technical skills across hydraulic, electrical, fuel, and emission systems, with a focus on safety inspections and effective customer communication. The technician will be responsible for managing tools and traveling regionally and locally to complete service calls. Responsibilities Perform diesel engine repair and diagnostics on-site Maintain and repair hydraulic and electrical systems Service fuel and emission control systems Conduct safety inspections to ensure compliance Manage and maintain tools and equipment Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair status and recommendations Travel regionally and locally to complete service calls Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in diesel engine repair Valid driver's license for regional and local travel
