Sports orthopedic surgery with a focus on outpatient and surgical care Schedule:
Monday-Friday; 1-2 dedicated surgery days per week Patient Volume:
35-40 patients per day Call:
No ER or trauma call Practice Model:
Physicians are supported by an initial income guarantee, with a transition to an EBIT based model, aligning physician earnings with practice financial performance and growth Onsite Performance Recovery Center:
