Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and skilled
HVAC Technician
to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and/or commercial customers. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems Perform routine maintenance and system inspections Replace defective components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and controls Ensure systems meet safety standards and local building codes Provide clear explanations and recommendations to customers Keep accurate service records and reports Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition Qualifications 3-5+ years HVAC technician experience preferred EPA Certification (required for refrigerant handling) HVAC certification or trade school training preferred Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces, attics, or rooftops Skills Problem-solving and diagnostic skills Customer service and communication skills Attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Company Description Miami Heating & Cooling is a growing HVAC company focused on delivering high-quality heating and cooling solutions.
