About the Role: We are currently looking for HVAC Technicians to operate, maintain, and repair industrial HVAC equipment-boilers, chillers, AHUs, and VAV systems-within manufacturing facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, calibrate control systems, and troubleshoot issues, often working on complex industrial infrastructure. Candidates must have technical expertise, the ability to work in a dynamic team environment, and experience with BMS systems.

Responsibilities
: Maintenance & Repair:
Operate, diagnose, and repair industrial HVAC/R equipment including chillers, boilers, air handling units, VAV systems, and air compressors. Facilities Support:
Install or repair ductwork, refrigeration piping, and exhaust ventilation. System Calibration:
Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC control and operating systems, including Building Management Systems (BMS) like Siemens or Ignition. Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) protocols. Subcontractor Management:
Supervise contractors performing facility repairs. Required
Qualifications
: Experience:
Proven experience maintaining industrial HVAC systems. Technical Skills:
Familiarity with BMS software, HVAC controls, and troubleshooting complex mechanical systems. Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with specialized tools. Collaboration:
